1. Consultation

We'll sit down and create a plan together. Tell me your wish list and goals, and we'll sort out your wants vs. needs, your budget, and the areas that fit your lifestyle.

2. Pre-Approval

Choose a lender, complete your loan application, and get pre-approved. I'm happy to connect you with one of my trusted partner lenders so you know exactly what you can comfortably afford.

3. Home Search

I'll add you to my MLS home search so you see new listings as soon as they hit the market. Then we'll start touring homes, and you're always welcome to visit open houses too.

FROM OFFER TO CLOSING

4. Making an Offer

When you find the one, we'll work together to write a strong, competitive offer. I'll handle the negotiations and fight for the best terms until your offer is accepted.

5. Under Contract

Now the due diligence begins. We'll schedule your home inspections, the appraisal is performed, and I'll negotiate any needed repairs on your behalf.

6. Closing

We'll review and sign the necessary documents, funds are sent, and you get your keys. Then it's time to celebrate moving into your new home!
